Sonja TRÖSTER is a post-doctoral Researcher at the University of Vienna and co- editor of the collected works of Ludwig Senfl (New Senfl Edition). Her research topics include the vernacular music culture (with a focus on the German speaking lands) as well as music and humanism in the 16th century, musical philology, and the reception of early music in the 19th and 20th centuries.
