Oliver HUCK has been Professor of Musicology at the University of Hamburg since 2006. Since 2011 he is director of the Graduate School in the Centre for the Studies of Manuscript Cultures (CSMC) which is part of the cluster of excellence “Understanding written artefacts”. Since 2020 he is spokesperson of the review board for Art History, Musicology and Theatre and Media Studies of the German Research Council (DFG).
