Marika NADAREISHVILI is a musicologist, PhD in Art studies, and Associate Professor at TSC, where she acted as Head of Study Department (2010-2013), and Head of Research Department (since 2013). Her research interests include counterpoint, composition techniques and notation. She is the author of the textbooks History of Polyphony, and Musical Form Analysis. She regularly participates in international conferences. She has received DAAD and Georgian President’s scholarships. She is Vice Editor-in-chief of the GESJ Musicology and Cultural Science.
