Elisabeth GISELBRECHT is a Leverhulme Fellow at King’s College London. Her current research project, “Owners and users of early music books”, traces the use of music alongside questions of musical literacy and dissemination. After completing her PhD at the University of Cambridge she held a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Salzburg as part of the research project on “Early music printing in German-speaking lands”. Her research and publications focus on the areas of the printing and publishing as well as the transnational dissemination of music in the early modern period.
