A. Tül DEMIRBAŞ studied Musicology at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in İstanbul, completed her Master’s degree in EthnoMusicology and Folklore Studies at the same university and worked as Research Assistant at the Musicology Department between 2015-2019. Since June 2019, she is a doctoral candidate at the Institute of Musicology at the University of Bern and a member of the SNF-Project “Der Klang der Macht: Klanglichkeit als intermediale Kategorie höfischer Festrituale in interkultureller Perspektive im 15.-17. Jahrhundert”.
